Rachel: Each time I go to the VCU Panera, I try to get in this cashier's line. Working in the same industry, I know how difficult it is to always be positive, but this guy is always extremely upbeat. I smile each time I see him. Maybe we'll be friends now that he's been on sametime.

Scott: I still am unable to ask people to take their picture. Luckily Rachel was there to ask.
